We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic swim instructor who preferably has prior lifeguarding experience to help teach our children water safety and early swimming lessons.

Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and age-appropriate swim lessons for a 5-year-old and 3-year old beginner swimmers.
Foster a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.
Develop basic water safety and swimming skills, coordination, and a love for the pool
Create fun and interactive drills and games suitable for a young child.

Qualifications:

Current student at Seton Hall, Rutgers, NYU, or Montclair State preferred.
Demonstrated swimming proficiency and prior experience lifeguarding. Being on a team at a collegiate level or above is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with young children.
Availability for flexible coaching hours during afternoons or weekends.

Refund Policy

Colledge is a customer-service driven platform and we strive to provide students and clients with a seamless experience. Please refer to the details of our refund policy below.

Background Checks

While background checks are strongly recommended for all parties to ensure the safety and security of our Colledge community, any fees associated with background checks will not be refundable by Colledge and are the sole responsibility of students and clients using the Colledge platform.

Service Disputes

Subscription Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable and automatically renew until cancelled. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, and the prorated portion of the subscription will be refunded. Any completed jobs prior to the cancellation will be subject to payment and not eligible for a refund.
